Avanti Way launches commercial brokerage

Tech-powered real estate conglomerate Avanti Way Group, led by seasoned veterans Enrique Teran and Andres Korda, has joined forces with power brokers and industry leaders Fernando Arencibia Jr. and Jennifer Wollmann to launch Avanti Way Commercial, a full-service, tech-powered commercial real estate firm. Based in Doral, Avanti Way Commercial will operate across Florida, providing a full suite of commercial services including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and tenant representation. The brokerage plans to operate in markets throughout the state of Florida, including cities where Avanti Way already has residential brokerage offices, investments, and developments.

The four principals are some of the most prominent names in real estate. Enrique Teran is the Past Residential President at MIAMI Association of Realtors (MIAMI). Andres Korda was named among South Florida’s Power Leaders in Real Estate as well as a 40 Under 40 honoree by the South Florida Business Journal. The two partners built one of Florida’s most productive and rapidly growing residential brokerage firms, Avanti Way Realty, in addition to Avanti Way Capital, Propfolio Management and Folio Title, all of which fall under Avanti Way Group’s umbrella.

Both Wollmann and Arencibia Jr. are also longtime association and community leaders. Wollmann served as the 2021 Chairman of the Board and 2019 Commercial President, where she helped MIAMI Commercial launch South Florida’s only commercial public portal in response to demand from Realtors, buyers, and investors for access to South Florida commercial listings. Wollmann has been a licensed Realtor for over 20 years and specializes in tenant representation and investment sales. She earned the 2019 Commercial Realtor of the Year from MIAMI Realtors and was consistently in the top production tiers at her former brokerage.

Arencibia Jr. served as the 2022 Chairman of the Board and 2020 Commercial President for MIAMI Realtors. He also brings 20 years of experience specializing in commercial real estate in South Florida, most recently as Broker and CEO of Arenci Properties Realty. Arencibia Jr. has served as a state director

for Florida Realtors since 2017 and currently serves as the 2023 Chair of the Florida Realtors Commercial Alliance Committee and Vice-Chair of Public Policy for Florida, and national director for the National Association of Realtors since 2019, having serves as a member of the NAR Commercial Committee.

His accolades include: MIAMI Realtors 2022 Realtor of the Year, 2021 Commercial Realtor of the Year; National Association of Realtors 2019 and 2021 National Commercial Award, RE/MAX Hall of Fame in 2017 and a Leadership Award from FIU’s Hollo School of Real Estate in 2014.
